They kept redirecting me to my installer, who had gone out of business in My installer has gone out of business and Enphase yyear there is nothing they can do to help me. The system is new and it hasn’t broken. The Enphase system gives a detailed feedback on performance which I find very reasuring. I have been very happy with the performance and warranty service.
Enphase does provide replacement microinverters but I have to find someone to replace them. I can monitor each panel each inverter from my computer and see my production everyday and every month. The Enphase warranty covers your inverters for years- the same lifespan as your solar panels. Can’t see them they are under the panels that’s why the install looks nice.
I’m starting to think that there is something amiss at Enphase? I have not been able to get an explanation for such a high failure rate.

Yet Enphase claims a 15 year warranty but won’t pay to have their defective product replaced. The only physical troubleshooting necessary enpbase to swap that panel with another panel to verify if the problem was the panel or the microinverter. Review added by Cubfan Type: I like the capabilities of the micro-inverter system and the ability to monitor the system and production. They too are as useless as their equipment. I like that there is one inverter on every panel, so I get the dnphase production from each. I know a number of my customers, including myself, who are anxiously awaiting Enphase’s AC battery product.

Enphase does not have the where with all to notify customers of the problems and ETR. Today I have an 11th failed unit, contacted Enphase support over a month ago and have yet to receive a response. We really love these connectivity features. My kids think the en;hase app is pretty cool. I have had 25 M inverters installed since with 7 failures to date, 2 in the last couple of months.
I didn’t really know much about solar panels, I trusted the SunLux representative to guide me and so far, I could not be more pleased. Then I would have had to troubleshoot the entire string to determine which panel was bad. Their stock has plummeted towards being a penny stock.
The first years was trouble dnphase. In the meantime, another inverter has failed. I think they require less solar input to begin producing electricity.

Also, they don’t understand the difference between sending a blast email to over people using ‘TO’ vs ‘BCC’!!!
They actively refuse to help homeowners, and seem to think that they can take our money for their product and not be responsible for how well it works or doesn’t work!
Warganty like that there yewr a separate inverter for each panel.
